exambase accounts are valid for use by a single user. You may not share or pass on your account credentials to other individuals.
Do I get access to all features when I subscribe?
Yes. All users will all types of subscription get unlimited access to all functionality of the service including unlimited number of exams, access to statistics and performance tracking, and priority customer support.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
When Signing in, click on the Forgot password link. We will send your login information to the email address you registered with exambase.
Do I need special software to access the exam?
No. Exam engine is designed to work in all modern web browsers (excluding Internet Explorer), on major operating systems (Windows 10, MacOS 10.13+, iOS 12+, Android 7+), on desktop and portable devices. exambase does not offer any downloadable materials.

Absolutely. PMI announced there will be change in PMP exam starting from 1 July 2020. Do not worry - we at exambase took care of everything. Our content is tailored to fit both old and new exam content outlines. What kind of questions do you offer in practice exams?
Each question is a multiple choice with 4 answer options. Only one option is correct. Same format is used by PMI.
Did you take questions from real PMP exams?
No, it would violate copyright. Our questions are unique and created exclusively for exambase. Questions cover all areas of the actual PMP exam, have different complexity and are generally equally or more difficult than questions you will encounter during the actual exam. There are numerous situational questions in the question bank that will allow you to deepen your knowledge in particular knowledge areas, process groups, domains, and practices. We will also test your ability to use formulas in quantitative questions. Last but not least, definitional questions will test your understanding of project management terminology.
Does exambase PMP practice exam reflect the latest exam version?
Yes. You will be able to toggle between exams based on the latest 2020 Exam Content Outline, and exams based on the previous 2015 Exam Content Outline. Use 2015 outline if you plan to take your PMP exam before June 30, 2020. Use 2020 outline if you plan to take your PMP exam after July 1, 2020. More detail on this is found here (INSERT LINK).
I want to pass exam using old rules. Is your service of any help?
Yes. If you are planning to take the PMP exam before June 30, 2020, the 2015 Exam Content Outline will apply. exambase allows you to configure your practice exams based on this outline.
Am I eligible to take the PMP exam in the first place?
We defer this to PMI. Consult with the description of PMP and application process. Although exambase is generally intended for exam takers who were granted PMI’s approval to take the exam, anybody who is interested in learning or improving knowledge of project management can take exambase practice exams.
What is the source of content in the exambase PMP practice exams?
All questions have been created by PMP certified project management professionals. We have used reference materials approved by PMI to create our content.
Do you offer exams with a time limit?
Yes. All our exams are time-boxed. You can choose a short 100-question exam that lasts for 120 minutes, or a full 200-question exam that lasts for 240 minutes.
Do your exams contain pre-selected sets of questions?
No. Every exam is unique and makes use of a database to pull questions from. You can tailor your next exam as follows: (1) by selecting exam content outline 2015 or 2020; (2) by including or excluding correctly answered questions from future exams; (3) by selecting the Close the gap function that allows you to improve knowledge in the process groups, knowledge areas, practices and domains where you lack knowledge. This function will increase the number of questions in two process groups, knowledge areas, domains or practices with the least percent of correct answers by 30% and 20%, respectively.
What are the uniques features exambase has to offer?

Can you explain why I answered a question incorrectly?
Yes. After you have completed your exam, you can come back to review it at any time question by question. Each question has an explanation showing your answer, the correct answer and the answer explanation. You can use filters to group questions for your convenience, for example, only display questions with incorrect answers, or those marked for review, or both.
We strongly recommend that you review every exam you take as it is essential to improving your knowledge.
